HOME DELIVERY

We understand your house is more than just furniture, equipment and fittings, it’s about valuable memories!

At Silk Mile, we have a special department and service for this delicate job because we know that your home is very personal and dear to you, and that’s why our quality delivery and installation team take things personally when it comes to home delivery.

So how do we usually do it?

  1. 1st site visit assessment.

  2. Issue our Assessment report, and costs, with the approximate volume required, packaging material needed, and time needed for the job, and our recommendation on the shipping method best for you.

  3. Our 2nd visit will be for assembly, uninstallation, and packaging at your house or shop under your supervision. Pictures of every item will be taken, and a full comprehensive packing list will be created for every item packed.

  4. Insurance will be issued.

  5. Our trucks will collect and move your shipment to your desired location city or country.

  6. At the destination, our installation team will be waiting to receive the shipment to deliver and install it in your new house or shop.

  7. We will take an appointment from you to deliver directly at your doorstep and your specific floor anytime you desire. Packages will be opened under your supervision, pictures will be taken to assure you there are no damages, and In case of damages, pictures will be sent for our insurance department for a full refund.

 8. We leave everything clean before leaving

Whether its Fragile items, glassware, paintings, curtains, furniture, clothes, electronic systems, or fitness appliances each item has its own procedures for packing & installation. Do not be worries our experts will handle things with lots of love and care!
